Certs University (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides online alcohol server certification courses and related services.

• Course and compliance data: enrollments, progress, quiz results, completion dates, certificates.

• Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe provides us with payment status and limited details (e.g., last 4 digits, card brand).
• Analytics and device data: via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), such as pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location, and events. IPs may be truncated/anonymized where supported.
• Support and communications: messages you send us and our replies.

Payments (Stripe)

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)


We use GA4 to understand how visitors use our site. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings and any cookie settings we provide on the site.

Sharing Your Information

Regulators: When required to issue or verify certification, we share necessary training data (e.g., your name, DOB if required, completion info) with applicable state regulatory systems.

Service Providers: hosting, security, analytics (GA4), email, learning/course plugins, and payment processing (Stripe). They may access information only to perform services for us.

Legal: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
