Certs University (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides online alcohol server certification courses and related services.

• Account and contact info: name, email address, phone (if provided), state of training.
• Course and compliance data: enrollments, progress, quiz results, completion dates, certificates.
• Age/eligibility details: date of birth or similar information when required by state regulators for certification.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers. Stripe provides us with payment status and limited details (e.g., last 4 digits, card brand).
• Analytics and device data: via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), such as pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location, and events. IPs may be truncated/anonymized where supported.
• Support and communications: messages you send us and our replies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are sent directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe shares back non-sensitive payment metadata (e.g., payment status). For details on Stripe’s practices, see Stripe’s privacy documentation.
We use GA4 to understand how visitors use our site. You can control analytics cookies through your browser settings and any cookie settings we provide on the site.
Service Providers: hosting, security, analytics (GA4), email, learning/course plugins, and payment processing (Stripe). They may access information only to perform services for us.
Legal: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
