Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. In th event that you are unsatisfied, you may be eligible for a refund. We offer a full refund in the next thirty (30) days after purchasing any certificate or course, only when the following provisions are met:
- Payment has been received by CertsUniversity.com.
- The certificate is less than 50% completed.
- A certificate or permit has not been issued.
If these provisions are met, you must submit your refund request via e-mail to info@certsuniversity.com, along with proof of purchase and explaining the reason for the refund.
Approved refunds may take 10 business days to reflect in your account. The same payment method of the purchase will be used for the refund.
